Our mission as Women’s ministry is in a larger sense common to all Christians, that of uplifting Christ in the church and in the world.

OUR STRATEGY AT ALL NATIONS CHURCH

Due to our limited human resources at All Nations we have merged with the Community Services department in order to best serve our church and community.
The focus of the Community Services Department generally is more by the women of the church for people outside the church. Its major objective is to help the poor and needy in the community.
The focus of women’s ministry on the other hand is on women in the church so that they can effectively minister to others in and out of the church.  In merging the two departments we are hoping to effectively utilize our women, thus avoiding duplication of services and overworking our already overworked women.

OUR OBJECTIVES

1)      Train and empower women with leadership skills, in depth biblical exposé to enable them become involved in all areas of the church.
2)      Help women be able to identify their various God - given talents and also have an opportunity to use them for the glory of God.
3)      To address the spiritual, emotional, physical and social needs of women in the church
4)      To provide a support system for hurting women, e.g. whether they are suffering from divorce, abuse or loneliness.
5)      To encourage women to improve their potential for participation in the mission of the church.
6)      To use this fora to help address topics and issues as they affect our women.
7)      To encourage women to become involved in all areas of ministry in their church, their community and in their homes.
8)      To mentor young women so that they may find joy in the Lord
9)      To encourage ideas, plans and discussions which maximize women’s contribution to the mission of the church.
10) To liaise and cooperate with other specialized departments of the church, to facilitate the ministry to women and of women.
11) To affirm that women are of inestimable worth by virtue of their creation and redemption.
12) To enable women to deepen their faith, experience spiritual growth and renewal.
13) To minister to a broad spectrum of women’s needs across the life span, being sensitive to multi cultural and multiethnic perspectives.
